I love CPY! I've been a member for over a year. The teachers are amazing. My only issue is that the students are never reminded to respect the room (talking, cellphones), respect teachers (not following queues/going ahead of the flow in hpf), or respect other students (causing distractions by not flowing with the class). It really takes away from the focus for people who have poor hearing and need visual clues or are distracted easily.
I will visit this area of Hawaii ~2 times a year for an extended period of time and it is so reassuring knowing there is a solid Core Power here with tenured teachers. I love being able to take classes while I'm here and I know I can count on the Kailua studio to have great instructors and a lot of offerings.
Amazing workout! I was not expecting the yoga class to be so physical, challenging (in the best way) and a huge calorie burner. 10/10 class on Tuesdays at 12:30pm. The instructor is incredible! I highly recommend!

I was visiting the area and took two sculpt classes. Everyone at the studio were welcoming and friendly. Both classes were fantastic . The studio was beautiful and my only feedback was I did have to wait for a shower since there is only one shower for the whole studio. Other than that great vibe and great classes
Hollywood location has great locker room facilities for those of us needing to actually shower and get dressed on commute/ work days. Most all locations don’t have this elevated of locker room experience and it makes a huge difference.

I attend the C1 class on Mondays at 3pm with Kristin P. Kristin is a great leader who takes the time to show alternate poses and understands her audience.

Winchester Studio is a nice facility, large studios, clean, light. Kate N is a great C1 instructor, clear and calm.

I'd like to add some comments about Lev's HPF class: The playlist kept the energy up, and her cues and modifications did a great job emphasizing the target muscle groups and proper engagement. I can always count on having a great class with Lev—I really appreciate her consistency and the experience she creates. It’s something I genuinely look forward to, especially knowing I can break away and enjoy a Saturday night Hot Power Fusion class with her.
