Phase have earlier C2 class options like the 7 am. . The c2 options have drastically decreased.
Also. It seems the hand sanitizer was taken from the locker rooms. Was that s business decision.

Great facility and great class. Niccole is an excellent teacher who brings a tough workout while making it fun with great energy and music.
I took Faith’s yoga sculpt class. I’m new to yoga, so I was nervous that I’d have a hard time keeping up. However, Faith was very clear with her instructions and I knew what I was doing the entire time! The heat added a layer of difficulty, so I left class feeling challenged but satisfied.

The instructor on Wednesday night at 7:45p for Core Restore was fantastic! She gave excellent instructions and alternatives for each pose. I will definitely be back!

Convenience with many class times very early at 6am and late until 7-8pm for my long days and need flexibility to maintain yoga practice.

Madi, the instructor has an uplifting voice that encourages me to get more out of each pose. She is welcoming to all levels of yoga students. I would highly recommend this C 1.5 low heat class when you are not quite up to a C2 !
The instructors are professional service oriented, super personalities just a fun place to improve yourself and get major exercise. It’s a great part of my day during the one hour plus the benefits all day and week long.

Clean ‘ friendly
It is clean and has nice ambiance especially the entrance area. I also like women's changing room. The showers and amenity area is wide and good.
Awesome teachers, great community, and big studio rooms with large windows and high ceilings. Hands down the best Core Power Yoga studio I have ever been to (and I have been to several in my 1000+ sessions).
I really enjoyed the studio! It was big enough to hear the instructor all the way around. Also the natural light was really nice. The locker rooms were clean! Victoria was so kind
