I am a teacher at CorePower and have been enjoying teaching there for 13 years. The teaching formulas work which differentiates us from other yoga studios. The teachers care about their students and my community at Cherry Hills is wonderful. I personally like the opportunity to teach and take different formats.
I loved my instructor Laural Walsh. She put together an amazing full body workout. I was definitely sore the next day but in a good way! I will definitely be back.

I love that I can wake up and go to an early morning workout class before I have to start my day. Robin is an incredible teacher who always pushes me to my Max and makes me stronger by the day plus her music is amazing and her energy is even better.

The heat was perfect. Trust me that saying a lot I like it hot.but not where my concentration is just staying in the room and not being able to work on form and breath.The practice was really eye-opening for me because I realize I was doing one pose wrong for years and it kind of just all came together. Such a simple thing on how to place my hand. Would definitely recommend his class and the Mission Valley studio in general. I literally think La Mesa and Mission Valley are the most consistent with heat and practice.. I haven’t gone to all them and there are a lot that I really love so I keep coming back

Cannot say enough great things about the Sculpt instructor, Daniela. She is one of my favorite teachers and specifically take time to make it to her classes. I love her music, sequences and the difficulty of the class.

The leadership and management of the Core Power in Louisville makes all the difference. When the north Denver studios went under the corporate umbrella several of them LOST their personality. Thank GOD the Louisville one didn’t. The corporate plug n play domination of class structures and offerings along with your obnoxious teacher training and membership drives are off putting in the extreme. You’re lucky that the teachers and leaders of your Louisville studio can follow your requirements and still provide a community atmosphere. You would do better to out membership cost increases toward your managers and teachers over dumbass website upgrades and online crap classes. The studious up here were BETTER before you pushed them to be cookie cutter corporate box crap. Why don’t think other yoga studios opened up here? It’s obviously bc people here want individual personality variety classes and you killed at at Core Power. Bummer for you. Stupid of you. Bless the teachers you have. They are the reason people come.

I love all of the classes here! The teachers all have a different style and it’s easy to find classes that align with my workout vibe. Tons of options to choose from as well!
