I workout mainly in Pasadena but also attend classes at La Canada. I have my favorites but I wanted to give a special shout out to Aileen. She is absolutely amazing!!!! Her classes flow smoothly and they are challenging. I tell all my fellow yogis to take her class. Everyone has and the are just blown away!!! How can she get more classes? I’ve been with CP now for over 6-7 yrs and really appreciate the level of expertise you hired with Aileen!!!!

CPY is one of the absolute best forms of both physical and mental exercise. I have been a member now for 3 years and in that time I have seen a transformation in my mind and body. I cannot say enough positive things about CPY! Thank you for all you do!
Such a great yoga sculpt class!! The only feedback I would give would be to slow down on your set up cues (voice gets lost in the music and then my head is on a swivel trying to figure out what you said) and speed up some of your 10 counts!! The slow 10 counts are good peppered in but the entire time can be defeating in that heat!! Liv has such good energy and that playlist is 10/10!!! Def will be back!

CorePower Yoga at the Kailua Studio was awesome! Their instructor was super helpful and was easy to follow along with the workout. Highly recommend for those that enjoy group workouts.
