The class was great, trainer was amazing. However, the womens bathroom is too small.
The themed Y2K class was amazing! The guidance and energy from our instructor was perfect, she’s amazing! wonderful studio and class.
Variety and availability of classes all day plus a very special yoga instructor who is helping me grow my practice with her exceptional skills. And the addition of sound bowls in some classes is fabulous!

Taking the late candlelight Hot Power Fusion class is the perfect way to unwind after a long, busy day. The candlelight sets a calm, peaceful mood, and Mirela’s guidance is both grounding and energizing. I always leave feeling relaxed, recharged, and more connected to myself. Highly recommend for anyone needing a mindful reset.
The teachers are good, the facilities are nice and clean and the classes are always really satisfying.
The classes fit perfectly the level of training I need by providing me both strength and flexibility. There are ample classes so I can fit them into my schedule.

bathrooms are a slippery hazard 90% of the time soaking floors /showers might slip and die lol
