The CAC provides diverse group exercises with an excellent staff, who are knowledgeable and friendly. I especially like that there is a crossfit box. As a member of crossfit it is an added plus that there is access to the equipment of the club.
The gym is clean, equipment is new and I like that you have kettlebells and other equipment that some gyms don't offer. The staff is also very friendly.

Everything is incredibly clean, well placed, and comfortable. I feel good about using your locker rooms because they're so clean. Your class instructors are also all really great, trained very well. I just wish you had a pool!
