The gym has all the equipment I need and is never too crowded. All of the trainers and staff have been extremely friendly. I also love the nutrition services covered by my insurance, and First name removed Edelglass is amazing! I'll definitely continue coming to CAC as long as I'm in the area.

I love the smaller feel of this location versus other "franchise gyms" where everything seems so sterile and like people aren't there to have fun. The staff are very helpful and quick to respond to emails, everyone has been very welcoming and friendly

Clean location, friendly staff. HATE the constant air fresheners going off while I am working out. It is disgusting taking a deep breath and choking on that stuff.

I absolutely love the les mills classes. I had belonged to another gym which had body attack only and then they cancelled it. Now I'm at CAC and enjoy CX works, RPM, Body Combat, Body Pump and Body Attack. I feel like the luckiest girl alive. The towel service is also wonderful and the cleanliness of the facility is great. Other gyms start out clean and then just get gross over time. Thank you for keeping it clean.
