When I first joined I was surprised about the seemingly small size of the gym. That being said, I like how, even at peak hours, the facility does not feel overcrowded, the machines are all in good working order, and the cleanliness - not to mention the squash courts are a huge plus!

One recommendation, the Sauna in the Men's Locker room, the door has some large gap on the bottom and side which lets the hot air out.

Clean. Friendly staff. Modern equipment, with Cable TV for each treadmill or elliptical. Laid-back atmosphere (doesn't feel intimidating for gym newbies like myself).
The very friendly staff (Kofi was great at setting us up), the honest costing of your membership and services, very nice locker rooms and showers!
The group fitness classes!!! There are so many options with fantastic instructors throughout the week
