I just stared the prenatal yoga class with Dawn. She is AMAZING! The introduction part of the class was unexpected and not the best, as I stutter and I. Wasn’t prepared for that (ha ha), but the class seems to be great so far. I’m also not the best at yoga, so it’s a nice beginner class in addition to being a prenatal one. I have done classss in the past at the North location, always have a positive experience. I’d highly recommend this location to anyone and am planning to take the next intake of the prenatal class and post natal and baby classes ... if that is is an available option.

Special 2 1/2 hour class with Neil H
was amazing. So well done & his presentation was perfect. Hope you will offer this class again mid-April for spring. Thanks again DC

It was so easy to book. Ricky is an incredible instructor.

The only thing is that it is way too expensive. I’d recommend it, but not sure I’ll go again.

amazing teachers! welcoming environment, best studio in Edmonton hands down. i live in Vancouver but am from Edmonton, and would love to find a studio like this in Vancouver (it doesn't exist here yet, sadly!). Thanks for all you do in creating that space. very chill
