I enjoyed the instructor - it was one of the best yoga strength sessions I've been to! Only flaw is I live on the far north side so this was only a one off :) I joined the Lululemon yoga and met up with a group of ladies, it was great!

Lots of options, great instructors, beautiful clean studio. I am not an athlete and I’m new to yoga but feel like I can attend most classes offered and get encouragement and support.

Its clean, and inviting. The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. I love that the instructors are committed to the practice and are open to customizing the practice if my body doesn't agree with a specific pose.
