What do you like about our services?

I have been attending the Hatha, Hatha Flow, and Restore and Renew classes. I enjoy the room it is comfortable, and the studio is clean with access to use props as needed. The instructors are great and everyone is very knowledgeable. My score of 10 is given based on how I feel about the atmosphere of the studio, however, there are a couple of challenges I notice, that other people may find similar...

For someone like myself that is not attending the hot or warm classes and since I work
Mon-Fri downtown from 8-5pm it really limits the classes that I am able to attend. For this reason, I do have a couple of questions...

One question would be why the evening classes such as the Happy Hips class starts at 5:30pm and not 6:00pm? Many people work until 5:00pm and it would be hard to make it to class on time. That extra half an hour would make such a difference.

My other question is that I notice you have a Hatha Foundations class and was wondering if you will be offering this class at the North location? It looks like it is only offered at the south location. Since I am newer to yoga I feel I would really benefit from this class.

What do you like about our services?

Lots of classes so I can usually find a class that fits with my schedule. Also very easy to sign up for classes. I find the classes very full though and would appreciate less people in the classes (depending on how much it would change class rates).

Very much respect and appreciate teachers - Dawn, Carleen, Emily, Kathryn. Also a consistently kind and happy atmosphere. I wish I could figure out how to go every day.

What do you like about our services?

Class ambiance is excellent and instructors are great.
People maintain the decorum and speak softly/ or not at all during ongoing sessions.
Instructors are very helpful and professional.
I personally liked Neil Haggard, his HATHA Foundations emphasizes on right postures and he pays attention to everyone in the class. He can make out easily if anyone is feeling uneasiness in class.
I also liked Hot yoga classes i have attended so far (Monika, Kim, Amy). They make me feel at extreme peace and rejuvenated.

I would definitely recommend Yogalife studios to anyone and everyone! Cheers!

I love how friendly the team at YogaLife South is. The front desk to the instructors always make me feel welcome even though I do not get the chance to get in very often and i am not a young fit person. No matter what everyone feels welcome!

Registering for a class is super easy. The staff are friendly - but not overly friendly which is perfect. The facility is clean. The only thing that would have been better would be if the change rooms were bigger.
