Very thorough investigation and detailed report. Everyone we spoke to was knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. The report is detailed, with photos and clear direction on priority of the items identified. The team was very responsive when scheduling and we got our report the following day (townhouse). We’re first time home buyers and couldn’t have asked for a better experience with the home inspection. I would highly recommend.

Paul systematically covered all of the bases thoroughly, calmly and efficiently. He pointed out each deficiency in layman’s terms and was practical and pragmatic in his suggested resolutions. I appreciate that he not an alarmist, noting the points that should be addressed right away and those that can wait. He also pointed out that some issues may matter to some clients but not to others. His paperwork including the contract and the actual report are clearly understandable, Overall, a personable and realistic approach much appreciated.

Detailed and Friendly

I like that the report has pictures with red circles around the doubtful areas of the house. I like Page 39 with links to various construction disciplines so I can upgrade my knowledge about my house. I like the indexing across the top of each page of the report that shows which systems of the house are being addressed, colour coded, so I can readily find everything quickly as needed.

I loved how thorough Mark was with his inspection of the home. As a first time home buyer, I had lots of questions and Mark took the time to explain everything to me to make sure I had a good understanding of the components of the inspections. I appreciated Mark explaining everything he noticed at the time so that I had the opportunity to ask questions and get clarification. The report is also a fantastic resource that will help me direct the work I need to do on my new home and help me keep track of things that may become potential issues in the future. Would 100% recommend Mark to anyone who is purchasing a home!

Incredibly thorough home inspection. I have a massive booklet of everything I might consider doing now and in the future to take care of and continue to improve my new home. Inspector was excellent, walked me around and carefully explained everything he had found and why it mattered.
