The classes and up to date info
Concerns fall on death ears. Mainstreet should disallow the PLN. It is what it is- a pocket listing that benefits the listing agent and hurts the consumer. Every consumer that I talk to misuunderstands what it is. An agents use it now as a standard of practice. SO MANY LISTINGS USE IT TO GAIN SIGN CALLS, NOTHING ELSE. All these listings can't have special needs in the beginning. In my 33 years of Real Estate, 5-10 of my listings could have been a position to do it. Some "coming soon" signs remain out for 6 months!!! What a joke.

The fees are becoming more and more expensive and I do not see any improvements in the services that are being offered. It would also be very helpful if we were provided with a detailed list of the plug ins and other services that we are paying for with our membership. I also think that it is very shady to automatically include the donation fee in the total amount and most people just pay it rather than going back in to edit the order and removing that additional charge.

The fees are way too much for the services offered. We partner with people we should have agents pay for and fees should be kept to a minimum. As a broker owner and 100's of agents. We dread the day that your dues come due. It wipes people out.
You should consider adjusting and limiting costs. We are all going to go through some rough times. I do hope you are all considering what affect this will have on your business and ours.
Your service you provide over the phone and reaction time is impressive. I would not change that.
