Mainstreet provides excellent resources and services for all realtors and brokers from newbies just starting out, to seasoned professionals with a plethora of experience! In addition, members always receive the most current market data and industry information to stay informed when managing our portfolio of customers and clients. Lastly, the staff is knowledgeable, professional and takes an interest to ensure members have the support and answers needed to seize the day!
Realtors are joining as fast as possible. Not trained... no understanding of houses or the products they sell to their cleints. I beleive you should have them go through basic home training first before you let them in the wild. When you they get licensed with no knowledge... it brings down the real professionals becuase it gives the population that we are not need or are knowledgable because of these newer realtors. You cannot rely on managing brokers to do this training.

Best part about being a member of Mainstreet Organization of Realtors is their staff, high caliber educators and leadership team. They have given me the opportunity to grow professionally, get involved in a number of committees and even represent the Realtor brand abroad by participating in a trade missions that enrich me personally and provide international business contacts.

The staff is friendly. I love the programs to advance our education. The industry news that is shared with us so we can keep up on current matters.

I am disappointed that MORE contracts with ShowingTime when Zillow, is one of MORE's members biggest threat to success. Our association is doing nothing to protect the longevity of our careers. I am not alone in this opinion. We (fellow Realtors) discuss this often.
