stop raising fees. Realtors pay so many fees to so many organizations and I'm not sure what we get for it. Mainstreet is probably the best of everyone we pay though.

It seems like when I call to get questions answered, I always get transferred and have to leave a message for someone and wait for a response. It would be nice to just get my question fully answered on the initial call.

I would have put N/A if possible. There’s really no other option that I’m aware of, so regardless of service, Mainstreet has a monopoly on my geography so there is no way to grade on a scale relative to other options.
