Fees are crazy expensive. We should be able to pick and choose what services we want.
Hold more outreach, learning sessions, gatherings and events not during the middle of the day. There are agents and brokers out there like me who are not full time realtors who cannot make it to events that are held mid-day or mid-afternoon without taking off time from other full time jobs. I feel as though I end up missing out a lot on good learning experiences and opportunities to interact and gain experience due to this.

The format and information provided
All the extra features such as Showingtime, homesnap, cloud CMA, tax info etc those are my favorites. plus it is such a big organization it is easy to get any class or CE you need when you need it.

MainStreet is a great source of additional training and classes that keep the agent up to date with current trends and needs of consumers. Taking classes at the Downers Grove location is convenient and a comfortable place to learn. I highly recommend them for any needed training, designations or updates on legal issues.
