How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I am very satisfied with the people that work hard to keep MORE the best real estate organization out there.

What i am disappointed about, and i have expressed my displeasure about many times before and nothing has changed is, when we get a bill from MORE, you automatically have added in a "Voluntary donation" amount for RPAC onto the total amount due. It took 3 steps for me to get to the page to "Modify" the amount. I feel it is unethical to "Slip" this amount onto our total amount due...many of the members most likely do not catch this and for the ones that set up auto payment, i am sure this "Voluntary Donation" is added in there too. I love and appreciate what RPAC does for me but until the method to collect this donation changes, i cannot contribute. PLEASE consider updating your billing process and leaving this amount at $0 with the option to modify. i will then be a contributor for life!!!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Please don't take Realist away. It's just so much better than Remine. There are so many options there that Remine doesn't have. I've been requesting a few features to be added to Remine, but so far I haven't seen any come over. It'll be very hard to live without Realist. Please make the program work on a different platform than Adobe Flash. Thanks.

With out team work real estate cannot be possible sicne this country is large and lots of properties regulation and make things available in one place isgreat.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I am an appraiser, and use the MLS listing service differently than real estate brokers/agents. I have no need for the SentriLock system and other services directed at brokers/agents, yet I am forced to pay for them as part of my membership. I think appraisers should be offered a service that is more tailored to our needs, without having to pay for stuff we don't want and don't use.

What do you like about our association services?

The association is very proactive in improving the sales capabilities of the brokers who are members. I'm also impressed that Mainstreet continues to make strides in commercial real estate which is my primary business.
