Fees are starting to get to high. Also Realtors really need an easy to use phone app. It is so inconvenient to try to look things up or set appointments on the go.
The Association is very responsive to my needs and they offer many options for continuous education.
I like the friendly voices that start out the conversations! I have never waited long to get someone to pick up their extension.
We need to make our listing information unavailable to the "parasites" who take our hard work and sell us leads! You sold us out!! You we're originated to help us and instead you really ruined our business!

It's getting more costly and it seems like the goal is to get on good terms with zillow and other internet giants. It is getting harder for the main stream agents to differentiate ourselves. (i.e. the PLN was great until the acceptance of misuse).

The data your real estate agents are inputting into listings is consistently incorrect which causes issues for appraiser's. The agents need some sort of guidelines when inputting listings.

Your Fee's just continue to increase the Service is not there, your web sites are not user friendly
even billing is a pain you keep adding optional fees we have to remove every time I call
I get sent to a voice mail. Thinking of switching to Gniar there fees rarely increase
