The stylist was very attentive to my requests for trimming the beard and the haircut. She also made good suggestions so I had a cut and trim that fit me.
The wait time was reasonable thanks to the on-line check in process The place is very clean and the staff are all courteous.
The only issue I had was trying to schedule a specific time and stylist. I was not able to do so but it worked out fine because I liked the stylist that took care of me.

Meghan was done for the day and about to leave when I showed up. But she stayed late just to cut my hair. That was very nice and greatly appreciated since I was about to go on vacation the next day
