It's nice to be able to make an online appointment as opposed to waiting 45 min to an hour to get in.
While staff abilities can vary, once you find the stylist you like you can just use them rather than get whoever is available.

We had a special request for our stylist. My son has been growing his hair for 2 years with the idea of donating it. We asked that the hair be cleaned dried and braided as the charity asked that it be that way. Mindy was my son’s stylist and she took on the challenge immediately. Not only did she do everything we asked but she styled his hair perfectly as well. Mindy if you see this, we think you rock! Thank you for helping my son donate to a great charity wigs4kids.
