I have never had a bad experience, disappointed the other location closed in Cicero,NY. My more recent experience with Kayla was great! I don't feel pressured to upsell but I also are provided options, clearly and concise. I don't go any place else. I don't request a specific stylist, because they all have done a great job with me and my remaining hair (LOL)
I will continue to patronize, in a good way, to this location!
I like that you keep a record of how to cut my son's hair, so anyone can bring him and he will come home with the same cut and style him n I like. And the gel we bought from your store holds my son's hair in place all day, with using only a very small amount.

My hair stylist is awesome. Her name is MEGAN. She makes the experience and time spent a very fun time. She is very friendly, funny (sometimes) LOL and just listens to what the customer wants. I really enjoy having her as my stylist. I have been going to her for a number of years now and every time she understands how I like my hair cut and she does her very best to accommodate. A very friendly and understanding stylist.

Brit! She is the only person who can give me a haircut. I leave after a session with Brit and feel like a million. The cut is always perfect, the massaging shampoo chair is soothing and the Tea Tree shampoo is what I use at home. The shoulder massage is great.
The televisions all over the place are annoying. I don't need an idiot sportscaster in my face when I'm having a pleasurable experience. As long as Brit is there I'll be back.
