Lorraine was very friendly. She asked my son about what he wanted not just what I wanted for him. She chatted with him while doing his hair instead of just ignoring him because he was a kid. She did a great job on his hair.
First time visiting Sport Clips Palm Desert. Very impressive. The salon appeared well organized and fully stocked. Very “dude friendly” environment. Elizabeth was the young lady who greeted me and explained what the Sports Clips experience is all about. Her 20+ years experience was in full display. I walked out with a great haircut and awesome experience. Plus Elizabeth recommended I use a Paul Mitchell texture cream, which I purchased, and what a great product it was.
