Great service! I like the fact that they note on your profile the style you prefer, but even better when one of your stylists goes outside of that box. The last time I came in, the stylist that day was Lauren, she went ahead and followed the notes on my profile and decided to add her own touch, and like the style I ended up with. I didn't know she added additional notes into my profile, when Leslie welcomed me in this morning, she mentioned that style that I previously had! Once again, another simple yet the style I always liked without even saying a word! Kudos to both. Looking forward to come back soon.
Elizabeth has been cutting my hair for a while now and she is very good and we have nice conversation while I'm in the chair also I always end up with my hair cut exactly how I want it. It's a very nice visit each time I go.
The only negative is your website for signing in for my appointment - it doesn't function correctly and needs to be fixed!!!
