Le knows how to handle my asian hair so it doesn't poof out of the sides and she blends the back so my part doesn't fall over.
Kimberly was my stylist today. She was absolutely PERFECT. I got the exact haircut I needed with the exact human experience I needed, from Kimberly. There are many talented stylists, but Kimberly has people skills. I will be checking the app; is Kimberly working? Then it might be a day for a haircut.
The sports schtick doesn't matter to me. I actually dislike athletics.
The person operating the shears is EVERYTHING.
I ask that, since I can only tip Kimberly when I am present, that you give her a raise. She is providing stellar service all the time, no matter which customer is present.
