Well in a word: Service. It was outstanding. The skill of the barber was also refreshing. Its hit or miss out there these days. You have a good skills based service centered product and experience. I highly recommend this to anyone who needs to have a nice relaxing haircut done the very old fashioned way. I thought I had stepped back in time.

Mahalia @ the Spring store Long Beach, Ca is always amazing! Not only is she a talented hairdresser, but she educates the customer on which products to use and techniques to use at home. She's friendly, professional and just a pleasant experience every single time I go in for my haircut. I always check the app to see if she's working, if not I will wait until shes working to get that amazing haircut! She should be the MVP for that store!
