Sport Clips sells many great hair care products and how well they sell depends on the marketing approach of the stylist. Consultative selling is not a common approach in marketing. However, Jenna does this naturally. Explaining the benefits of the product and how long the product may generally last. This allows buyer to weigh in the cost and benefits compared to what they are currently using and make a decision. I have been pleased with her recommendations as I am getting a superior product with reasonable price difference. Jenna continues to be a wonderful ambassador for Sport Clips.

When I entered the store, I was greeted by a friendly welcome and was informed to sign up and someone would be with me shortly. Stephanie, the available hair stylist, was very friendly and professional. She reviewed my previous hair cut request and confirmed with me if I wanted the same cut this time as well. Once confirmed she went to work and professionally cut my hair. She took her time to make sure the cut looked good. She checked with me a couple of time to make sure I was happy with the progress. Appreciate her attention to details and her overall work. Thanks Stephanie!

I like the convenience of scheduling and most of the stylists are good. In particular, Victoriya at the EDH Town Center location is excellent. She does a great job every time and is very pleasant and cheerful.
