The haircut, environment and atmosphere is always top class at this store. I am extremely grateful to have such a talented person cut my hair who is always friendly and professional. Diana goes out of her way to make the time in the seat enjoyable with conversation and humor. It doesn't matter the time of day, she is ready and willing to take care of her clients with a smile and keen attention to detail. She is the type of person where you would drive from another city to sit in the chair she is working at. Always a pleasure to be in queue for Diana as I know I'll be walking out with my cheeks hurting from the laughter and looking great from the haircut and MVP service.

Diana, as always did an INCREDIBLE JOB cutting my hair and being kind and funny. She’s the ONLY reason I travel across town for a hair cut. I’ll be a customer until Diana leaves, which I hope is not very soon.

Instead of wham, bam, thank you sir.... give me $25 bucks and be on your way in 10 minutes... I actually Enjoyed getting my hair cut. Victoria asked good questions about how I wanted my hair. Then went to the sink, sat back and had a nice warm shampoo and scalp massage, with a warm towel wrapped around my face felt Great! Then a few more minutes of a nice relaxing, vibrating, massage tool on my neck and shoulders and I was almost ready for a nap, so relaxing.
Not only was my hair cut, but I felt much better and more relaxed than when I entered.
Looking forward to the next haircut in 4 weeks, but then they said I could come back for a free neck and ear trim, in about 2 weeks, and for only $8 could get the hot towel and neck massage again............like the Terminator says "I'll be Back"! Thanks for a great haircut experience!
