I liked being greeted and acknowledged as soon as I came in. Staff were professional and attentive. My stylist Diana was amazing. She knew what I wanted and how I wanted it. The MVP service is great if you like being pampered. I’m a simple person so all the extra fluff is not for me. I have to admit getting a wash and not having hair everywhere was a plus and the massage was nice afterwards, very relaxing. I would recommend this shop to anyone wanting a nice friendly environment and experienced stylists. When you get bored or tired of talking you at least have a TV to watch.
I like the hair cut, wash, and shampoo. The massage could use some work but that’s not why I go there so it’s a nice bonus

There is never a dull time when going in to get my haircut and Diana is available. It is a great experience when I am greeted with a smile and given the professional courtesy that I have come to expect at Sport Clips. Diana is always helpful and offers advise when I am indecisive with what I want done with my hair. She is a hard worker that every customer is lucky to have when they come in. The new chairs are a great hit and I look forward to seeing more improvements as they come!

Jenna is fantastic as a stylist and manager. I wish you would improve the app. I have trouble connecting to my favorite stylist when I go on the app. It always kicks me out to first available.
