The staff are nice and personable. They keep a log of prior haircuts so that when I return, they know what I like. I've used several different stylists at the facility I use, and all of them are very good. Online check-in with text reminders of upcoming appointment is a great bonus. Wifi access in the store. And sports on the monitors to watch if you wish.
My stylist, Shayna, I think was great. Thoroughly took notes of my style and treated me amazingly.

My son visited Sports Clips for the first time and on a whim requested Molly, whom we found out afterwards is the store manager. My son won a free haircut from the Modesto Nuts game which was a score initially and then the experience was great. Molly was inquisitive and patient and. listened to what my son wanted. He was happy with his haircut and the whole experience. Thank you Molly! You made his day.
