The technician showed up on time, and even called to let me know he was fifteen minutes away! The service was prompt, the carpet cleaning quality was great, and it only took a few hours for the carpets to be dry, instead of the half a day that the last company I hired to clean the carpet. I will highly recommend Zerorez to anyone looking for a good carpet cleaner!

The technicians are friendly but professional. I get given a window of time that they will be coming, then I get a call when the technician is about 20 minutes away. Very prompt, don't have to wait and wonder if they are coming or can't find the address. I feel like the product does a good job without leaving a residue or odor of any kind.
