The service provider was on time and very helpful in cleaning our carpets. They looked very good. Drying time a bit longer than indicated, but that was okay. Always like the use of "green" cleaning strategies. Please let us know when you find a quality tile and grout cleaner since his efforts to clean our shower were unsuccessful.

I was able to get scheduled quickly and Emily was very friendly. The technician was very nice and friendly and did a thorough job explaining the treatment options. He even tried to kill a huge spider for me! He should get a bonus for that. There we no funky smells like with "other" carpet cleaning companies and a lot quicker drying time. You've got a customer for life now!
