I don't have to worry about soaps or chemicals making my carpet crunchy and the stains coming back within a short time. With Zerorez, it may take a couple of times to get difficult stains completely out, but if anyone can do it they can, and have.

Sidenote: I would communicate with reception about certain accounts that you are 'trying to make things right with'. Maybe tell reception not to re-arrange the schedule on 'those people' cause the customer is already bending over backwards to have Zerorez come back to make things right & when the schedule is re arranged a few times, it frustrates the situation, that is already existing.

They were prompt arriving that morning and friendly. Your office was great finding enough people where we live in Preston, I D (Riverdale area) so we could get my mom’s carpets all clean before her new couch arrived. The zerorez guy left us some slippers to use if we needed to walk on carpet. I watched the change of color of my mom’s carpet as he cleaned it. And… it smells good fresh and good now. When the representatives came to my house on Tuesday, they listened to my concerns as I pointed out spots that needed to be cleaned as well as the general cleaning. I was impressed of how clean the carpet and chair were. The carpet's raw edge in a spot was even clean.
The last gentleman who came here to clean carpets told me that two areas could not be cleaned and I would have to live with this information. But the more experienced gentleman who came last Tuesday, indicated that those spots could be cleaned and they were.
In the past and this current visit from the representatives, have encouraged me to continue to use your services. Thank you!
