Comes clean without a lot of wet carpet left behind. It actually feels almost dry when process completed. Friendly, conscientious service tech.
Easy to set up appointments on line. Always friendly people calling you about your appointments, and when the person cleaning your carpets will be there. The job is done quickly and efficiently.

We were happy with the service and how the carpet looked when he was through. We were caught off guard the we would be made to pay for his gas to get here and when my wife paid it asked for a tip. A tip is for a good job but I like to give a tip and not be kind of forced into it. He should be getting paid well enough you would not ask for an additional tip but would leave it up to the customer.

We have had three different carpet cleaners clean our carpet over the years. We used Zerorez this last time and the tech, Dixon inspected everything before starting and gave us a price but was concerned about our very light colored carpet with heavy traffic stains. Dixon worked extra hard to achieve our satisfaction. We were very happy that we chose Zerorez.
