We had our air ducts cleaned and it has made a huge difference. The technicians were quick and efficient. At the end of the service he showed me how much came out of our ducts and it wasn’t very much visually. I almost regretted spending the money, but I have notice a huge difference in dust accumulation speed over the past couple weeks. I have also noticed our air quality is better as well. I hardly see any dust floating in the sunbeams. I am very happy with the outcome!

Our carpets were beautifully cleaned -- they look new. They were just slightly damp, very different from other cleaners who have left them wet. The person who did the cleaning was prompt, friendly, careful to cover his shoes before coming in, and respectful of our furniture and other floors as he brought in the hose. Zerorez is hands down the best carpet cleaner in Cache Valley.

The cleaning does not seem to harm your carpet as much as others. It dries pretty quickly too.

I contacted Zerorez and 3 other local air-duct cleaning companies. Two companies ghosted me and one did not have time for me. Zerorez responded quickly and was a great help! I had giant animal hairballs in my air-ducts from the previous homeowner and Zerorez was great to find a time to quickly come and deal with the issue. There was even a duct that was very difficult to access that John figured a way to get sparkling clean! They are the best to work with! They gave me a quote that was reasonable stuck with it! Easy to schedule, good job, and fast
So far, so good. Didn't take very long at all. Maybe 20 minutes to do one living room and 2 large area rugs. Wonder if it was done correctly. Guess will see. Hoping the spots and stains don't show back up in a couple of months.
Michael was the best person to clean my carpets. He was very thorough and conscientious young man andI would certainly hope to have him return the next time my carpets need to be cleaned. he was prompt and took the time to make certain everything was nice and clean. Kudos to you for hiring him.
