They are attentive to areas of concern and put in are al effort to clean badly stained or high traffic areas while also being open and honest about what is reasonable - they do not oversell or make promises they cannot keep. They use corner guards to protect walls which is really important with the hose they use.
Tech was professional and nice. He respected our home and did a great job.
The only thing that would have been better, is to have a definite time on job start. This would have helped our schedule as well.
