Thank you for our home inspection
What an unbelievable experience. To start, making the appointment was very easy...then Mike the inspector was pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. Then the chaos set in. The HOA on this unit was very difficult and demanding and kept changing what we needed for access to the roof in order to access the HVAC system for inspection.
To start, Mike offered to swing back by at no cost to my seller when we were able to gain access. I know that this gesture made his schedule more difficult and that it cost the company money, but it was the right thing to do and certainly made me a Homeprobe fan. In the following days, everyone from the front desk and scheduling staff to the owner of the company worked HARD to meet the demands of this HOA. A special shout out to Stephanie and whoever had the phones at 5:00 the night of the original inspection. That also may have been Stephanie, but whoever it was manipulated the schedule and worked well past 5:00 to fix our problem. In the end, all of you got the job done and my buyer and I are forever grateful.

Although we’re in New York, selling our house the buyers needed to conduct inspections. Seeing the reports from the NY companies and then seeing report from home-probe there is absolutely no comparison. Although we backed out of the deal in the Georgia house we recommended that my realtor use home-probe for any other homes we are interested in.

There was a mix up and the inspector did not show up on the day and time that was confirmed over the phone. I had to call and speak to someone else who had actually cancelled our inspection because the it seems the notes were either not clear or not read.
