On a recent sewer inspection, the scope wouldn't go beyond a few feet. It was frustrating for me client to pay for a service that couldn't be completed at that time. It would be helpful if HP can't access the line, maybe a portion of the fee be refunded? Just a thought....
Well, this was the first time I have ever had a home inspected. While I have no one to compare you to, I felt the inspector was knowledgeable, honest, and transparent. I FELT he took his time assessing the structure of the property and provided me with a great detailed analysis of the property.
