There was a mix up and the inspector did not show up on the day and time that was confirmed over the phone. I had to call and speak to someone else who had actually cancelled our inspection because the it seems the notes were either not clear or not read.

Our inspector Tom was on time, thorough and very resposive. I had follow up questions that needed to be answered quickly since my client was up against the due diligence deadline. He got me in touch with his team member Chandler. Chandler performed the sewer scope part of the inspecton. I heard from him, to get my questions answered, within 15 min. These guys are great!
