The report was complete, detailed and thorough. Every aspect was written so that I could understand what was being said, especially regarding the life expectancy and condition of the key factors of the of the property, and its replacement costs. I especially like the thermal imaging system, because it allows the inspector to detect possible water intrusion not seen visually. The structure, the windows, the roof, the attic, the electrical system, the plumbing, heating/cooling system, everything was thoroughly checked. I am absolutely pleased with this service and highly recommend them.
