I like that Mike sent a video before his visit so I could get to know who he is. This made me more comfortable with him entering our new home and more confident in his expertise. It also made it easier to introduce myself knowing who I was meeting. Social engagement can be uncomfortable or difficult for some folks, so this made the experience more accessible to folks whose brain chemistry work a little differently.
I like how thorough the inspection was and the detail of the resulting report. The cartoon example pictures helped me understand what I was looking at in the real photos. The links to DIY fixes and additional feedback provided by Mike at the inspection helped me to understand how to resolve the issues on my own.
I like the speed with which Mike delivered the inspection results to me. It showed respect for the quick turnaround time needed in the due diligence period of buying a new home.
I like that the company offers to talk with us about the issues they found during inspection for as long as we own the home. This gives me peace of mind for the future. I know that if I forget what something means on the report or need additional guidance in finding the resources to resolve one of the issues with the home, I have someone reliable I can turn to to help me.

The process of getting our home inspected by Home-Probe was effortless. Quick online scheduling process was able to get us on the books the next day. Our inspector, First name removed Cox, was very thorough in his inspection, and walked me through everything he found. Thermal imaging and drone fly over for the roof was gave us great peace of mind. The report provided post inspection was fantastic. Would highly recommend First name removed Cox and HomeProbe!
