Timely and thorough.
I’m buying a condominium/townhouse in Decatur (30034) and Mike Townsend conducted an awesome inspection, followed by a radon testing detector placed inside for the next couple of days. In addition to his naked eye skills, knowledge of proper electricity installation, maintenance, repair and regulatory safety codes for the home, he used thermal imaging to test energy efficiency of appliances, water heater, boiler. Mike’s report with assessments, photos of electrical boxes, outlets, light fixtures was through, educational. It included marked up areas with circles and arrows to accompany explanations of problem areas. Radon report showed a PASSING reading. Thank you, Mike
