I love many things: the personal trainer who can keep an eye out to make sure you are using the correct form, demonstrate proper technique, and encourage you during your workout. I also like the fact the studio is small and you can complete your workout in 20 minutes. I value the Exercise Coach app that allows me to view my progress (I love data!). And healthy, delicious recipes are available to pick up.
The coaches are excellent, patient and motivating.
I enjoy every session and can already feel the difference in my strength and balance.
I enjoy the small group setting. The personal touch even if it isn't a 1:1 training session and I love being able to set the appointments up online.
I do wish they had more appointment times between 5pm and 6pm but overall very happy with the program.

Megan! Best trainer ever! The studio is always clean and welcoming. The screens at each machine track your results. The exercise regime is individually tailored. It is not one size fits all.
My strength and stamina are enhanced by the workout in ways I could not have imagined.

Very clean and open but most importantly to me are the trainers. They truly care about you and your well being and helpfulness in succeeding in our workouts. Their watchfulness gives me confidence that I am using the machines the correct way. So happy I found Exercise Coach 4 years ago!

Love the workout and the coaches. Been going there around a year and have noticed the increase in my strength over time. They are great about working around body limitations like my bad shoulder. I highly recommend this workout….best part they take renew active!
