The Y has something for the whole family from pickleball to yoga. During the summer they offer programs for kids of all ages keeping them busy until their parents pick them up late afternoon. My own daughter loved the day club at the Southdale YMCA in Edina, Minneapolis.
Great swim instructors (Janet and June). Yoga with Barb and Steve is excellent. Also enjoy chair yoga and active older adults with Barb.
I only do the water aerobics classes but find them to be fun and offering a good workout.
New to your Y but love the pickleball.
This game is exploding in senior citizen America.  I remember no phenomenon like the wild increase in popularity of pickleball in the retirement community now.  Please notice this and plan accordingly.  Look at GT Bray, all the facilities and pickleball courts, yet it is still difficult to get a place to play.  If you can, build some courts.  Believe me,  if you build them, we will come.
Like the yoga and pool classes. Just need more and more qualified pool instructors. Need additional chair yoga classes.

The activity I do I like only c I one group activity also work we ith weights and walk in gym only would like to walk on Monday Wednesday and Friday at 8,;00 when the basketball p l ayers are suppose to NV e finish but a sometimes they st as y much water and you cannot use the gym

Gentle yoga is awesome such a great instructor in Barbara
Group exercise class, specifically Body Pump, is great. Instructors and other staff are friendly and helpful.
Pool is always clean. Hours are great

I use a fancy stationary bike. There are only two but one has always been available.
I’m a swimmer - so it’s the only activity that I do.
I enjoyed my time last year with a personal trainer. I like the equipment and weight machines
I liked the equipment. It was nice to have access to two racks so I didn’t have to wait for other people.
I love seeing all ages participating and trying to get healthy and stay that way.
Swimming and gym time is always nice to utilize. My son enjoys the camps as well
I just like coming in to do my workout and no one bothers me. Great atmosphere.
We love the various pool activities available to us. The warm water pool is wonderful as is the lap swimming pool.

I love the 10:00 classes - chair yoga, chair aerobics, adult fitness. The instructors (Barb, Kathy, and Barb) are really good. They make exercising fun for senior adults.
