We love the free weights and the weight machines although some need repair or need to be replaced but we manage to work around this.
The Sr Classic exercise classes are just my speed. And I don’t feel like I have to keep up with everyone else.
Love the water aerobics, its my main activity there. I like the chair yoga. I wish it was offered more than 1 day a week.

I really enjoy all of the aqua aerobics classes and the chair yoga. All of the instructors are very knowledgeable and upbeat. Would recommend the Y to anyone.

The facial is clean. The staff is accommodating, professional and kind. The Y offers many helpful programs and activities.

I really don’t know anything about your programs or activities because no one has told me about them. I’ve been using the gym, but it would be nice to have somebody to show me how to use the equipment which has not been done. I haven’t been a member that long so I have a lot to learn.
I use pool..would like to use other departments. Just have to make time.
The machines are comfortable for us to use.
Love swimming laps at the pool. The lifeguards are friendly and helpful. The pool is always clean and the showers are hot.

The customer service is excellent and I love all the youth programs available for my Granddaughter. Our local YMCA is very clean and all the equipment is easy to use when working out . I would recommend joining the YMCA
I enjoy the water aerobics classes on Tues. Thurs, and Saturday.
I LOVE the group YOGA class taught/ led by Allison Bloustein & especially enjoy the Sound Healing she adds at the end of her classes ! MORE Yoga &/ or that new “Journey Dance” class she mentioned would be WONDERFUL !!
