We have not yet tried the programs but we in a regular basis use your gym and it's awesome; we also believe that the training staff are great and very helpful by teaching how to use the machines and also help in reaching our goals.
One weak point i must say....theidea of closing doors at 5 pm from Mon. to Thu. does not allow many people go exercise after work.
