I particularly enjoy the adult yoga classes: chair yoga and gentle yoga.
PLEASE add more classes for those of us older adults who can't climb the stairs and who need more chair yoga and gentle yoga.
Why do you have almost all of your classes at about the same time in the mornings? Most classes that are friendly for adults with some physical disabilities are at 9 or 10 AM. Why not have more classes in the afternoons or evenings? Also on Tuesdays and Thursdays. It would give us more choices and would help the terrible parking situation.
