I love using the pool and taking part in the aquatic programs. I’ve also found the staff to be very kind and helpful. The facility itself is always spotlessly clean. I’m very lucky to have this wonderful facility nearby.
You have great group classes
There are programs and activities for everyone from kids to seniors.
I love the yoga classes. If I miss one I can go the next day.

Everything!!! The variety and times of classes are great! The instructors are fabulous. I have even noticed the kids at day camp seem so much quieter and more engaged this year! Well done Staff!!!

Gym and the pool
First of all, there are no honks and babes. Just all kinds of folks of different ages trying to be healthy and sharing community. The staff is always kind and very helpful and I really love coming to the Y. Thank you for existing.
I enjoy the Chair yoga with Kathy and Active Senior aerobics with Barb and Barb.
The best part is not calling in a reservation!
Please try to clean the chairs and floor more often

The availability.
Due to my husband's health I am not able to participate in other activities other than the gym. But I could spend all day there with all the programs offered! The staff members are a big part of how comfortable I feel there.
Group Exercise programs available for all levels. Personal Training(Leslie) is amazing and has helped me to get and stay strong. All staff friendly and most know your name! Jamie is a great executive director, she is a true leader.
Great place and great people
Love the water aerobics but the water is way to cold. I've heard others talk about how cold it is too. The instructors are all very good - Janet, Charlotte, & Raquel. They all have their own style. I hope I'm correct on the names.
Everybody at the Y have been very helpful.
I am a lap swimmer. Switched to West Bradenton Y from GT Bray County park because the Y pool has a roof, so I don't have to worry about sun exposure.
I like the Y because it is smaller. The staff members know me. They are all helpful and friendly.
I have started using the fitness room. Lots of equipment options. Had a wonderful trainer.
I love coming to the Y on 59th St W in Bradenton. The atmosphere is family oriented and the staff is always friendly.
I have been letting people know that the Y is a good place to get fit, and without the noise and agitation of other brand name gyms.
Every time we go the Y we leave energized and feeling great!
I like the instructors Leanne, Barb and Steve. I like the location. I like that I’ve developed friendships through my classes.
I like the pool activities at this time. I am going to be going into the gym learning the machines and I will be going to Pickleball when it comes back in season for the rotation.
Exercise classes in the mornings
Friendships, although you might turn the coffee TV to Spectrum (channel 9). Until after election. Some of the members get a little overwhelmed expressing their opinions regarding candidates.

I like the adult classes. I like that you maintain separate restrooms for makes and females . I like friendly staff.
I do wish you had more classes downstairs for those of us who cannot walk upstairs .
I do wish you had more chair yoga classes, especially during "season," when parking is difficult.
Would like to see more programs in evenings and weekends for us working members
