The program I went to had Avery good instructors
Jean B is by far the best Pilate instructor. You could film her and play the film when she goes onbvacation! The subs when she’s on vacation don’t come remotely close to her skills.
Personal training with Jenna! She is knowledgeable, patient, and, above all, fun to work with.
Multiple programs and disciplines are offered in affition to swimming and weights. Lots of activities to choose.
I like the group fitness classes .
I only use the regular gym. It could use a couple more incline benches ( there,are only 2) but overall its a good gym. My wife will join soon.
Classes are great. Staff friendly. People going there are friendly and help each other out.

Love the gym , sauna and youth volleyball for my son. I can’t find boys volleyball anywhere in the area, so it has been great!

I only use the pool for daily water aerobics. I love the classes and Jan is a great instructor. I also like the Lunch and Learn sessions and the varied subjects.
