The swimming pool is excellent. It has racquetball courts and basketball courts a new exercise equipment. A lot of stuff to do there.
I like the older adult classes of yoga with Donna and Ethie's upbeat aerobic sessions on Tue, Wed and Thur. These classes keep me going thru my 80's and I hope beyond.
I really like the Tai Chi class by Gina cause it's not to fast and the same time,we move all the body. She is great.Also I attend the Primetime,i like but sometimes it's so fast for me,but I try to do it.Every one is so nice in this center,that why I keep coming for the activities in this Center for a long time ago.Thanks for everyone.

Pilates Reformer group classes. Reasonably priced, small class size ensures individualized attention, and best Pilates instructor I’ve ever had - Val Shanaberger.
I only do spin and sprint classes.

Love the staff, programs, pickleball and walking track. Something for everyone!
We love the 11:30 daily senior classes. My husband takes cycle several times a week and enjoys all the instructors. Yolanda’s Zumba class is wonderful. We enjoy the variety of classes offered. The senior Lunch and Learn has been a welcome surprise.
Pool opening early

All of it the gym in the daycare are exceptionally well run we love Sabrina. We take advantage of the pickle ball and basketball.
