The location was convenient. The rentals were due back on Saturday, and we took advantage of a Friday evening, after hours drop off.

The staff is great.
I cycle fairly extensively but don’t like to pack my bike for short airplane trips. Therefore I look to rent. The hybrid was not expensive to rent so I wasn’t surprised at its quality. Functioned ok but rusted chain and wheel disk brake components. I’d be happy to spend more for a better bike rental and wish that shops offered this. Few in my experience do. Would recommend having a fewer higher end cycles to rent. I’d imagine there would be customers interested in a better ride. Thanks

The after hours bike return process was not explained, We ended up riding e-bike back to campground and returned bike, lock keys & helmets Monday. This delayed and complicated our departure. The response by the staff was inadequate.

Consistently friendly service and top notch bikes and accessories. Our favorite bike shop!

First Bike had a faulty chain and was left at our rental all week when they said they’d come pick it up and bring the 2 other locks and keys for the 3 bike rental.

Had to go pick those up myself a few days later. So that was annoying.

Another of the bikes, single speed, was in such a low gear you could hardly peddle it at slow to medium speeds.

Just disappointed on a whole as I have rented from this store multiple times over the past decade.

The bike was in great shape and ready to ride. And you dropped it off at our rental house. Everything went smoothly.

I wish the time and cost estimate for my repair last week had been more accurate. It took a week, instead of 1-2 days, which was a problem because we were only in town for 1 week (explained at the time of drop-off). Cost was more than the estimate; not as big a problem.
