The cut itself was very well done and the stylist listened to my ideas and questions. I enjoyed the warm towel and the hair wash after the cut. It was nice not being covered in hair after a cut. The stylist suggested a forming cream for my hair that works very well for styling it in a way that I like.

My sports-fan son really enjoyed the big screen coverage and the massage chair. He does not usually want to have his hair cut, but loved the experience.

I didn't appreciate having products pitched to me, but my stylist was great. She was just doing her job. I'm sure profit margins are thin, but she seemed to be working off a memorized script. Other than that , I was very satisfied.
