The way they spoke to me prior to just cutting his hair. She also did a great job with cutting his hair to make it suit what he & I (Mom) both wanted.
I loved how the woman who cut First name removed's hair (this is his Mom answering) helped us figure out how to let his hair grow longer without him looking like a total mess. I will say that he was upgraded to a shampoo & warm towel treatment. Due to his very sensitive skin it would have been nice to know prior to saying yes to that, that the towel would have "tea tree" oil on it because it actually ended up irritating his skin.
Hair wash and scalp massage. Facility was neat and clean. Sharon did a great job.

The sports experience was engaging and the stylist really took my son's cut seriously. She listened to my input on what he likes and the challenges with his hair. The hot towel and massage were his favorite parts.
