Sharon did a great job. Pleasant and Professional and gave a great haircut / VIP treatment. I especially appreciate the operating hours on a Friday night before a holiday weekend. Note I had to travel from Andover to Danvers as the Andover location closed a couple of years ago. But well worth it. Thanks

They care about their customers. I had a poor haircut recently and when I expressed dissatisfaction I was given adjustments almost immediately and a free haircut to use before end of next month. This is what keeps people coming in and staying. I am very likely to recommend to someone, they are kind and approachable and care about their customers.
